Shipping Policy
Our primary goal is to expedite the fulfilment of your order. We strive to process and dispatch the majority of orders within a span of 1 to 2 business days. In the case of advanced orders, they are shipped within a single business day. Please note that our business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard Order Handling
The current processing time for orders is within 1-3 business days. This duration commences from the following business day after your order has been placed. In terms of our shipping options, business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and any circumstances beyond our control that may hinder our operations.

In certain cases, deliveries to remote areas may require an additional 1 – 2 days, and the final delivery company may be changed by the carrier if the delivery location is considered remote.
APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
We offer a fixed fee of $0.00 for every order being shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Kindly anticipate a delivery time of up to 7 weeks. To secure the most favourable rate, please designate the United States as your country when sending packages to APO/FPO/DPO locations. Tracking numbers may not always be available for shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. In cases where tracking information is provided, the package can only be traced until it reaches the military destination.

Order Tracking:
Tracking numbers will be sent via email for the majority of orders once they have been shipped. For orders without tracking information, please reach out to our customer relations department for assistance with checking the status.
Shipping Costs
To determine your individual shipping costs, kindly add the desired items to your cart and enter the shipping zip code in the designated area of the shipping address. Once this step is finished, you will be presented with all the available shipping options for your specific location.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is lost, HolsterHood requires confirmation from the carrier indicating that the package is lost or being returned to us before a replacement will be dispatched.
Taxes
Wherever applicable, the shipping fees for orders being shipped will include a mandatory sales tax.
Incorrect Address for Shipping
Should a customer request for an order to be shipped to an incorrect address, they will bear the expenses for reshipping the package and any fees related to the package’s return to our facility.
Returns
As of now, we are not accepting returns. We will soon update you on our return policy as we find it commercially viable for our current operations.
